The Solent Challenge ‒ 'An adventure weekend away'
The Solent Challenge is a team building challenge for your work force based in the Solent, Hampshire. The weekend will be based primarily on an offshore sailing yacht where you will be set a number of challenges around the Solent. This can include a treasure hunt – using traditional map reading and sailing teachniques, sail cycle and run (our own version of a triathlon), ‘Management Madness’ (where we set a number of team building tasks and set some interesting management problems) and yacht racing.
We are also able to offer relaxing sailing trips away should this be what you are looking for after all your good hard fitness training!
