A Session Outline
All sessions are held outside and feature military-style training techniques. They are suitable for and adaptable to all ages and levels of abilities.
A typical session lasts 60 minutes and includes:
Session Introduction and a pre-exercise verbal health screen. (PAR – Qs will already have been filled out at this point)
10 minute pulse raiser / warm up
5 minutes’ dynamic stretching prior to exercise
15 minutes’ team circuit exercise, involving a range of resistance and CV techniques.
10 minutes of plyometric drills set out in a number of challenging courses (tuck jumps, jumping jacks, burpes, hopping, skater exercise)
5 minutes of core stability exercises
5 minute cool down
10 minutes of maintenance and developmental static stretching
Feedback and summary of workout
We believe that everything that can be achieved in a Gym can be achieved outside and we look to help our clients make genuine lifestyle changes. The styles and techniques of exercises we teach can be practiced anywhere, without a costly gym membership or equipment.
